Trust Score

What is a Trust Score?

On CredFluence, the Trust Score is an algorithmic assessment on a 300–900 scale, built from verified reviews, ratings across multiple dimensions, reported payment behaviour, and platform activity.

What does Trust Score mean in influencer marketing?

It’s a portable reputation signal for a creator, brand, or agency — instead of relying on word of mouth or a single testimonial, anyone can check a profile’s verified review history before agreeing to a collaboration.

What should you watch out for when reading a Trust Score?

  • A high score reflects a strong review history, but CredFluence doesn’t guarantee its accuracy — treat it as one input, not the sole basis for a decision.
  • A low or starting-baseline score doesn’t necessarily mean a bad actor — new profiles start neutral before any reviews are verified.
  • Read the underlying reviews, not just the number, since the specific details (payment timing, communication, deliverable quality) usually matter more than the score alone.
